Made-to-order or customized items are crafted upon order placement and will require additional time for production and shipping.

Returns are accepted if the product received is damaged, has missing parts, or is not in its intended condition. The issue must be reported within 4 days of delivery.

In such cases, we will be happy to replace the product.

• To prevent moisture damage, keep the product away from damp surfaces. If exposed to moisture, promptly wipe it dry with a soft, lint-free cloth.
• Occasionally, apply vegetable oil to the inner surface of your serveware to preserve its finish and durability.
