Returns are accepted if the product received is damaged, has missing parts, or is not in its intended condition. The issue must be reported within 4 days of delivery.

In such cases, we will be happy to replace the product.

• To prevent moisture damage, keep the product away from damp surfaces. If exposed to moisture, promptly wipe it dry with a soft, lint-free cloth.
• Occasionally, apply vegetable oil to the inner surface of your serveware to preserve its finish and durability.
